it was an interesting experience living underground, definitely felt safe enough n the noise isolation was perfect. the bed was huge n comfy, was exhausted after the day and could totally stretch any direction during my sleep. the staff was super friendly n responsive n a special thank you to baasit who handled all my requests at no time, made me feel as a very special guest.

the lack of storage was annoying n the rooms were too small for comfort.

We spent a night in a Cocoon room and it was pretty cool! The bed was massive and super comfy. The shower was on point. It was pitch dark at night, so we got some solid sleep. The location was spot on for hitting the tube and shopping. Only wish the check-in could be a bit quicker.

we had a lovely stay at the zedwell. the reception and our room were super clean, which made a great first impression. the shower was decent, and we appreciated the provided toiletries. the best part? the hotel is just a short walk from covent garden and oxford street, perfect for exploring without breaking the bank on transport.

I found that the room was on the small side and could benefit from more hooks or space for coats and towels.

Plus, don’t miss the local faves like Tang Noodle Bar – perfect for a quick, yummy bite! I also enjoyed the minimalist vibe of my Cocoon 2 room and the unique underground experience, made for a quirky stay.

I wasn't chuffed about the cheeky fees for early check-in and bag drop-off that added a whopping £60 to my bill! The cramped rooms felt a bit claustrophobic too, which wasn’t what I signed up for.

The location proved to be outstanding, rightly close to major attractions, making it ideal for exploring. Despite the small size, the Cocoon room was immaculate and offered a hot shower and effective air conditioning, contributing to a comfortable stay. Encountered issues with noise from maintenance works during the visit, which was somewhat disruptive. however, the team was accommodating enough to offer alternative lodging without extra charge. The clean environment and pleasant staff were definite highlights.

Compact rooms make it hard to move around. Room equipped with USB sockets for charging devices. Free tea and coffee available in the lobby.

I was really impressed with how the staff handled my last minute change to a sister hotel just down the street for no extra charge and the room was simple yet clean and comfy which was all I needed after a long day
